The saniflo system used to leap into action at the first drop of water now it is not doing this.Also. the system is making a very loud noise and keeps working away and not switching itself off.I should add that this system is not being used on a regular basis whether that makes a difference or not I do not know.We are worried that the system may shut down and no longer function when we have guests staying and need it to operate.We had somebody look at it today and he thought he had it sorted out as it switched off but sadly it reverted back to labouring and staying on.Wouold somebody with some knowhow please help us. Sounds like the pump is clogged and needs to be cleaned , or the float switch is clogged or stuck . The pumps that come with these units are under ratted and should be upgraded to a better pump. But just cleaning it out and checking the float is what needs to be done.
