The Save to Tag button on the leapfrog connact application does not do anything and so none of the audio will download from the library to the actual tag device
The audio files will appear in the library and i click add and then they appear in the On My Child's Tag box but the button "Add to Tag" does nothing when clicked. They will not sync to the device. The button is orange and then turns green momentarily but nothing happens. I have already updated to the latest flash version too.

I've changed the battery. I've checked the country. I've installed everything on another computer. I've uninstalled and reinstalled. And still, the "save to tag" button does nothing. Nothing syncs. Any other solutions? There are audio files on the Tag, but I can't remove any and I can't add any.
Download the leapfrog tag utility program. This worked for me. You have to download it from leapfrog's website, run it, attach your tag reader to it. It will remove all your audio files, but when it's done, it will allow you to put them all back on. And you will be able to "save to tag" once again.
Mine is doing the same thing. it's brand new. my daughter got it for christmas yesterday. i've even tried it on my husband's macbook. both our macbooks are up to date and her leap pad works. i'm about ready to take this stupid thing back to the store. it synced all the books except for her tangled book and will not sync again. i've even tried to restore back to factory settings and it won't even do that. i've deleted and reinstalled the leapfrog connect app 3 times. also seems that the stupid pen sucks down battery juice. i've put brand new lithium batteries in the pen and after 2 hours the pen is acting like it's dying and the only thing we've been doing is trying to sync it.
