Report "The screen freezes with just partial lines. This happens repeatedly. What makes this happen? I thought the buttons were getting push in the pocket of tight pants so I attached it to a belt loop but it still happens. I love all the functions when it works but hate loosing all my data that I need to record for a health program at work. I tested the battery and it is strong, I have only had it a few weeks. It will reset but all my information and memory is lost"
