The screen shows that it is unplugging I have had for less than a year and only used about 15 times item no.Q4-01 serial no. ML07120860016 I took it back to the store and they would not do anything for me. I am so disappointed in this product I am on a limited income and can not afford to go buy another one. I was so excited about having it and it stoped working whenI was out and I got lost trying to get home because I was depending on itto work. Thank you for your help. Unscrew the tip of the cigarette lighter plug (grey, silver or black small ringon the tip) inspect the fuse inside, be carefull not to lose the spring behind the fuse. if fuse is blown replace with same new fuse. put it back together the way you took it apart. plug it in and see if you still get the message. let me know if you need further assistance
