The seams on either side of the rear window are coming undone. I hace 36,750 miles on car. Is this a warranty issue, recall or a fix it yourself

No recall. Too old for warranty and almost all convertibles are deemed to be not water tight......mad but true. Try a local coachtrimmer for best solution.
