Easier than you think. Pull your Crown out to the FIRST stop (were you would normally set your date). Push the "A" button (top chrono button) for your dial at the "3 oclock" area, Push the "B" button(bottom chron button) for the second hand.
On the Invicta Sub Aqua NOMA III 5511: open the protective crown gate, unscrew the crown (Counter clockwise) until it releases. Pull the crown out to the fully open position. Unscrew the base plugs preventing the chronograph buttons from being pushed. When both buttons may be depressed fully you can begin. Depress both chronograph button simultaneously for 2 seconds, you will see the second hand sweep the face. If it stops not resting at the 12:00 position depress your top chronograph button until the second hand is aligned with the 12:00 position. Now you can depress the bottom chronograph button once and it goes to the first subdial, press the bottom button again and it moves to the second subdial. Repeat until you are zeroed out.
