Hello there, You need to first save the settings info by jotting down all addresses and passwords. Next, uninstall the software and restart your phone. Re-install the software, in so doing look for an updated version if possible. If this does not work, then open your DVR software settings and check your Mobile settings. Make sure that the user name and password still stands. This includes your server port. That should fix it.
