Get some CLR which is calcium lime and rust remover.Unscrew it from the pipe on the wall with the water off and pour it where the water flows into the head and wait for it to drip out the jets.

Sometimes the problem is not the showerhead but the gasket. . First loosen the safety screw with 2mm allen wrench on the shower head. Remove the shower head from the shower arm. Carefully take the gasket out and clean it with CLR. Install the gasket, head to arm and tighten the screw back. It worked for me.
I use vinegar to clear the shower also. I am lazy about taking the shower head off. I just put about a 1/2 cup of vinegar in a zip lock bag. Hold the bag around the shower head with rubber bands. Wait 2 hrs. All done without any tools.
Easy solution. Fill a bowl with distilled white vinegar...available in basically any kitchen. remove the shower head and let in soak in the bowl for like a day. When u hook it up after it should work as good as new. I have a well for my water and do this once every 2 months lol
