The shower head was in place for over a year. Then when my daughter was taking a shower the whole ''T'' head flew off at her. I've tried to reinstall a couple of different times but it keeps flying off the arm ball joint when we switch the water up to the shower. I'm not sure if I'm placing the washer in the right position inside. We loved the shower head but the weight of the shower head doesn't seem to want to be supported any longer like it used to be
Just replace your shower arm that is what the shower head is connected to make sure you use teflon tape around the threads on each end of the shower arm that should do the trick
