The shredder is set on automatic. When I put paper in the slot, it doesn't start. When I push the start button it doesn't start. When I push the reverse button it starts and runs for about 5 seconds and cuts off. I don't see any jams. It's as if a switch or sensor which is supposed to start the shredder when a piece of paper is inserted isn't working.
