The sound comes and goes from right part of headset
I have been having this problem for about...2 weeks and never found out what it is. The sound in the left earphone works perfect, but the right ear phone works, then fades out, then goes back and forth. My wire connecting to the headset to the controller starded fizzing and then all of a sudden, my mic broke. I really need help fast so plz tell me anything that might work, thx!!!

The left/right problem could be a bad connection on the red/white XBOX cables. Check to see that they're plugged in properly and not loose. You can also try plugging an MP3 player into the red/white jacks to see if the problem is with the headset or the XBOX. If it works ok with your MP3 player, then the headset is working fine.
You can get a new headset controller cable on our web site. Click on Replacement Parts in the left menu for the headset model you own (X1, X3, or X4).
