The sound on my sons leap pad 2 was fine when i first turned it on. after installing apps and doing mandatory update sound only works on the headphones. what could i do to fix this?

You might want to uninstall what you put on there and try again to run it. it,if that don't work call the company.
If I do that would I be able to reinstall the apps that I purchased?
