The manual give clear instructions on how the set the speed dial menu, which I did, yet when I try to place a speed dial call, it say "Results: Not Supported". Speed dialing IS covered in my plan.

I am no cell phone novice. I've had dozens of phones, but I'm totally stumped. I've tinkered with everything I can think of. This phone is awesome, but this problem is grating my last nerve.
