The thread is not coming out of the bobbin properly
I can't find the manual. I am trying to thread the bobbin as I see from the video I still have. The thread from the bobbin on my 1632 model doesn't seem to come out properly. Can you show me how the bobbin holder parts go into the machine and how the bobbin lines up?

I could not find any reference material for this model.
But, Singer has examples and instructions for both a drop in bobbin and a rotary (side/front) bobbin.

If you contact the White Sewing Machine Company they may send you a new manual.
