The top part of my touch screen on my phablet is not working - I am only able to use the bottom half. I have tried to reboot & power off but it is still doing the same. Any suggestions?
Also, I cannot figure out how to take the back off of my phone to reset it with the battery? I cannot seem to find any help on the interenet? thanks

Didnt specify phone --generic answer --your screen experienced some sort of damage or failure which rebooting will not correct on 99% of touch screen units will need to either have some one/place repair [phone repair shop their in most malls } or order a screen and do it your self
