The top part of the fridge isn't cooling
I that the problem is that the cooling fan motor isn't working but I don't know where the location of the motor is and how to get to it.

You need to open the rear panel in the freezer compartment,behind this panel held by 4 or more screws is the evaporator assy and you will find the evaporator motor in there
