The TV (Dynex DX-LCD32) will not come on. The power light is green but no picture or sound. When I turn off the TV, the power light flashes yellow about 8 times. I've looked at the power supply board (part # 715T2463-2) and don't see anything unusual. BudMrtn mentions something about 5vdc, 12vdc, and 24dvc. Where do I check this?

I have a DX LVD33 power light is red and no picture or sound screen is black. Please advise.
I have the same problem with my Dynex DX-LCD32, you can check the voltages at the two connectors top right and top left of the board. Voltages are labeled next to connector pins and on back of board. Replacement board is 50-100$.
