The tv started to glich and finaly stop showing a picture and sound. when i turn it on the green light comes on and a buzzing sound starts without a picture or sound and then in about 10 seconds it turns itself or to stanby

You happen to have found someone who knows these sets very well.
Red light upon turn on goes to green and you hear a slight buzzing or frying noise?
I fixed a lot of them when they were new sets and more when they were later under extended warranty.
If it is what I think (A model number would need to be confirmed) I can tell you what is wrong.
