The TV will not power on with remote or manual button
I purchased 2 years ago a 15 inch LCD from Target and it worked fine but now the AC/DC power supply cord has this annoying popping noise and it will not power on. I have unplugged every plug possible and sometimes it will power on after the annoying popping noise from the supply cord. Is it possible that the plug is faulty or is it time for a new TV? Thanks so much for your prompt attention to this matter.

Have you had any major power outages in the days leading up to this issue? It could be a power source, cable or outlet. Try different outlets if you can and see the tv responds.
