The two wires that go into the cable that connects to the transformer pulled out.There are four slots they can go into. What slots do i use. Also, how do i get the wires in to the slots. They wont push in. Is there a way to open them and then tighten them. If this does not work, is there any place in connecticut that can do this repair. Thank You Tom

Use a 1.5mm allen wrench to loosen the set screw in the side of the plug and then insert the allen wrench into the hole and bend the shim back to make room for the wires. The white goes into the 2 hole and the black into the 3 hole.

My Dolphin Dynamic cord has 3 wires that came out of the plug (which is also labeled 1, 2, 3, 4). Which goes where?
This was a miraculous post! A certified Maytronics repair shop told me this unit was not repairable. I found the problem and fixed it myself & saved myself $700 + to purchase a new machine! Thanks so much!
