The umbrella sun shade won't stay up
We got this from a friend and used it for the first time the other day. When we pulled up the sun shade it wouldn't stay up. It was attached by snaps in the front and the back. Is there something else I need to do to get it to stand up? I can pull it up to the right position, but it falls back down.

On the front side of the back pack you will notice two sets of snaps, an upper and a lower. Connect the sun shade to the lower set of snaps. Also on th front side of the backpack there is a snap connected to a nylon strap. Secure that strap arround the support rod of the sunshade and to the upper snap on the backpack. connect the two snaps on the back of the sunshade and your done.
