Hi, The problem you are having can be caused by a few different things....and after 2 years of use this is not uncommon... The most proable cause is a build up inside the tankd and the around the pump which is causing it to not get the waste into the motor properly...To fix this and even check on this you will have a messy job of pulling averything aprtand getting inside and cleaning out the tank, removing the pump and cleaning that up...this is not a fun job.... if all of that is cleaned up and working properly then the next thing would be to check the pipe going from the unit and the vent piping...if either pipe is blocked then it will slow the unit down also...
This should give you a few things to start with...
More than likely the turbine in the pump is probably lost its seal. When it was pulsing, that was the turbine turning and friction was causing the pulsing. Now that the friction of the seal is lost, it is causing it to take longer to pump.
