Report "The upper oven will not heat the "butterfly" bake element, the lower unit works fine. I first thought the butterfly needed to be replaced. I tested it by exchanging the lower unit butterfly with upper. The old upper butterfly works fine in the lower unit, but the upper is still not working with its new lower butterfly in place. Now I'm stumped"
