The video is dark. The first initial set up was great. Good picture. Then got on to video call someone and it was really dark. The light source is a blue, but that's all you can see. Is there an adjustment I can do to get it back to working?

Go into the Control Panel and select scanners and cameras. Right click on your camera icon and choose properties. There should be settings for the camera to adjust brightness and contrast. If the camera is in automatic and it is pointed toward a light source, the light source will cause the brightness to reduce also, so be sure to put the light source behind the camera for best results.
