The waffles are sticking and when i open the lid part of the waffle is in the top and part is in the bottem. What can I do? I have oil in the batter and I also sprayed the unit before I used it. What can I do?

It's possible the iron is dirty-- do you clean it after each use? Try cleaning it thoroughly, then spraying and try again-- it should work.
