Report "The water does not completely drain out of my dishwasher even after the dry cylce is completed. There is an inch if water that sits at the bottom. The water is not dirty but clean and clear. I clean the catcher all of the time so that there is no residue built up in it. I had a repairman come in about 3 months ago but the problem still persists"
