The wcw-1616 fan motor is very slow starting up. I have oiled the motor shaft as best I could--it helps loosen the shaft but something more has to be done besides just oiling. Do you have any parts breakdown drawing and illustrated parts listing which I can buy for my own use?
I don't have a diagram for you, but I can offer this. If you have someone in the house with long hair, then you probably have a bit of hair tightly wrapped around the shaft. You will have to remove the grid covering the fan and remove the fan blades. There might be a set screw holding the fan blades or they might have a screw in the center perhaps under a label, or the blades might just pull off. If there is hair wrapped around the shaft, you will now be able to see it and remove it. Good luck, Al K
