Depending on the router's model you can reset the unit and unfreeze it. Call or consult your manufacture for information on where is the reset button on your wifi router.

Older routers may simply need a firmware update also contact your manufacture for information pertaining to where in their website for firmware updates.
However, if this turns out to be a defective one, you may have to replace it.
