The window's live messenger will not sign in
My netgear router for my wireless show that it is not connected to the internet. the live messenger has a red x. is it the connection with quest? how do i fix it.

Verify if your firewall router permits connection to live messenger
yellow triangle means that your network connection is limited
it could be because of router.
Usually i made settings on router at wireless ------ channel, not letting in auto mode. Set it to channel 2 or whatever.
Also verify if wireless is enabled on router.
Your internet should work
