There are sparks coming from the underside of my oreck xl vacuum
Machine makes a loud noise, and there are sparks underneath the housing. I saw sparks coming from the motor brushes, more from one than the other.

You probably need to take that in and have it serviced at a repair shop. They can check the motor to see if it needs to be replaced or just cleaned. The noise could be bad bearings or a fan problem as well.
