There is a Black line on the Ricoh Aficio 3045 Drum Help for Remove ????
There is a Black line on the Ricoh Aficio 3045 Drum and in each print or copy that's transfer on the paper . I've change the Drum blade but it dosen't remove . When I remove the Drum unit and round the drum it's been removed but when i install drum unit into machine it's comeback . please help & say what should I do exactly ????

If you can clean the black line with a cloth, than you need just to replace the cleaning blade, but if the black line is not removing without a cloth, then you need to replace the opc drum and the cleaning blade or both blades, some machines of this type have only one cleaning blade but some have two cleaning blade.
