If you're talking about the rubber front engine mount, yes, it is easily replaced. You'll need a way to hold the bike up straight. Take the bolts out of the front engine mount and useing a small scissors jack and piece of wood (between the jack and the engine case) carefully raise the engine until you can get the mount off the frame. Put the new mount on. lower the engine, and tighten everything up.
