There is a loud clicking noise when I turn on the heater in my 2010 Chrysler 300 Tourist
Intermittent, but only when the heater is turned on. Increasing, or decreasing the blower speed seems to make no difference. Any ideas as to what could be causing this noise? It seems to be coming from under the dash.

Sounds like a blend door actuator that has a stripped gear.
