Thermoset is set to off but keeps beeping constantly...anyway to disconnect to stop the beeping? Batteries were recently replaced..no battery indicator light is showing. I want to take a hammer!!

Can you provide me the model number of the unit? The model number starts with 1FXX-XXX. So that i can verify if that thermostat is capable of creating a beeping sound.
