I want to know what part I need to order, I have a Model . RMI-80LPT wallmount heater. Serial NO. 03102. It is a Propane heater. I need to know what part no. to order. The tip of the control has shortened over a period of time and the flame does not hit the tip end of the control. I have three of these stoves I bought at the same time and they have all progressed to this stage. I bent the tip just enough to make them work as I did not see an adjustment on it. On heater also shots out the piolet further than it is supposed to is there some way to adjust it.
This says Free Service, I read the contract almost went to sleep.
