They want to replace the sidewalk and want to move it 1 foot from in front of my balcony and make it 7 feet wide
Hi I live in apartment building. We are currently under construction repairing our parking lot both above and our underground. They will be removing the side walk that is in front of my balcony. Currently it is 22 feet and 8 inches away from my balcony and is just over 2 feet wide. My question is our there building restrictions that can stop them from doing this. All the tenants on the ground floor will have to NO privacy.
