We can't figure out if this is just how the humidifier works or if it's faulty. we fill the tank before bed, turn on and the when we wake up in the morning the floor surrounding is soaked! we have tried putting towels underneath but those just get soaked. we rent and are afraid we are going to run the floor. any suggestions?
