This is the fifth Samsung M300 phone we have had replaced since October 2008. They should recall it. The same problem each time: after a week or so of working okay, no one can hear me talking on it anymore but I can hear them. Customer Care keeps replacing it with a new phone of the same model and, like clockwork, the same thing happens
This is an unfortunate scenario I see too often. Most providers have a "Three strike rule" that will allow you to receive a different model. The trick is you have to specifically ask for a different model. The warranty department should see that you have had numerous replacements with the same issue and put the rule into effect at your request.
