This is the second time I have replaced the pump with no good results. This pump drains a pedicure chair. Some times it will drain sometimes not.Motor runs, with water going to inlet,but no flow out.really at my wits end with this thing,does it need a air bleed or something? [email protected]

The #4E must be run submerged. The #3E may be used submerged or in-line. IMPORTANT: When
used in-line, the #3E must be installed so that the pump head (volute) is flooded before starting. That is,
the inlet of the pump must be below the level of the surface of the liquid being pumped.
