Thomas and friends Water Tower Steam Set
We have a Thomas and Friends Water Tower Steam Set. The screw conected to the batter compartment cover is loose and there is no way that I can tighten the screw and thus the battery cover cannot be secured because of this problem. How can I go about this problem or will I will be able to get any spare parts?

Hello Cindy, We can solve this one in a couple of different ways. If you wish, take the item with the loose screw to your local hardware store where they will have exactly what you need to secure the battery cover. Just ask the manager to assist you as they are all trained in the uses of all of the hardware they sell.
