Here are a few things to check - Is your battery charger plugged into a known working outlet? Is the charger plugged into a switch controlled outlet? Is it ON? Have you checked the output voltage of the charger with a volt meter? The in and out voltage should be molded into the charger housing. Is there any internal damage? Are you sure the battery is connected to the wires inside? Is the motor connected through the controller? Is there a fuse - have you checked it? Is the ON/OFF switch in the on position and is it actually ON? Check with a Volt/Ohm meter to be sure. How old is the battery? Can you check its voltage? Expect 1 to 2 years use only. If you get more, well you got more ... good. If it is older, that may be the problem. Volt Ohm meters available for around $10.00 at hardware and electronics stores. All come with basic instructions.
