Ok so i bought a 2gb thompson lyra 2weeks ago, its now stuffing up, because I bought some new batteries today and I had two previous batteries that work in my robosapien but now seem not too work on my thompson lyra 2gb, everytime I try to hold it on (holding in the play button) its comes up 'thompson' on the screen with a backdrop colour of blue
nothing has really happened to the mp3 since I bought it, is i tsomehow something to do with the way i put the batteries in? and should I have the cap on the usb port thing and the headphones in and the battery backing on there when i try to turn it on? I kindve am a bit desperate to listen to my music and I have a soughtve short attention span, hate to sound like a spoiled brat but i really want to throw it at the ground (I havnt harmed it at all lol) please help
