Hi, I have a bernina serger 800dl and I a have forgotten how to thread it. I've had it for about 7 yrs and the last time I used was about 6 yrs ago. I can't find the manual. I need help!!
Here is a little jingle to remember as far as the order of threads to thread... Upper looper, lower looper, left needle, right. Usuall if you give numbers to the threads from left to right as 1,2,3,4 , you would thread it in the order of 3, 4, 2, 1 . Also when threading the loopers be sure the lower looper thread goes over the top of the upper looper thread as it goes out the back. Hope this helps.
You can download a Bernina 800DL manual from the bernina.com web site. Click on Support and scroll down to Search Support Info for Bernina Machines. Then scroll down to Bernina Overlockers to find your model.
