Tiller Blades not working
I have an older Green Thumb 5 hp tiller. It starts good, but the blades don't run. It is a chain-drive tiller, and I am sure that either the
sprocket(s) are worn or broken, or the chain is broken or just off the sprockets. I have no idea how to get to the chain drive area to find out. Any ideas? I have pictures available if anyone can guide me through it. Or, if I could access a parts diagram, it would be helpful.
Thanks,
Eric

Eric,
I don't have any breakdown any more, but I believe on this tiller the chain box is bolted together with a 1,000 bolts ( well it seems like that many). remove the fender (Shield) and then you can start taking the bolts out of the cover casing of the chain cover. I have found more broke chains than broken gears..
If this helped, please rate this answer.

It also has a belt in addition to the chain. the belt may be missing all together and you don;t realize it.
