Hi. I have a Seiko Melody clock with dolphins at the top that sway back and forth. The clock is appx 10 years old. The time has now stopped working. I have checked different batteries and let it rest for a few weeks and it still doesn't work. The melody works with the battery in. It works even when the switch is in the off position. So we keep the battery out. I have spoken to jewellers who say it might need a new circuit board and it will be over $120. Any suggestions please? Thanks
