I just got off the phone with their tech-support, same problem: 1. Run unit until the problem happens 2. Count the flashes on the door lock light (mine was 5 flashes, meant the drain pump was either clogged or not working). This repeats every 8 seconds. Since mine was telling me that something was clogged, I followed the instructions that he gave to me, opened the bottom plate and unscrewed the clean-out. I used a wet vac to capture the water, got about 2 gallons and only spilled about 3 drops (this unit is in an RV, so moving it was not a great idea). Daryl at tech support predicted $1.98 in change or a 1/4" drill bit...he was wrong, it was only $ .88! Put it back together, runs great.
