Timing belt jumped
Well i bout a 1991 Plymouth laser. when i did the belt had all ready jumped. my intentions are to fix it. but i talked the the guys at the shop and they said that there is a real good chance that the values are F**Ked up and will need to be replaced. i would like to know how much its going to cost to fix the whole thing. the car turns over but will not start. b4 the engine died it started to lose power gradualy then one day stoped. most of the parts are after market replacements. and in good condition. but it did push nos for a short time. that might also be the problem. im not good with technical lengo. so spisfic questions i will do my best to answer.

The engine is a complete mess and you either need a rebuilt or a different engine..check whenever a timing belt breaks it mess the engine..simple as that
Get rid of it. It Pushed NOS? what did it run like 25s in the quarter mile? its a 91 laser not worth the amount to fix if the valves are junk, pistons can been screewed up too and so can the rod bearings.
If you do the job and send the head for new valves then I am guessing around $300-$400
You have damaged the Valves so the head will have to be removed and recondtioned at a machine shop or buy a rebuilt at auto supply house, the head will cost $250.. with an exchange head. you will have to replace pushrods for the valves if so equipped, and antifreeze oil and filter lifters as well so figure about $500.00 to $800.00 to do the fix to make it run right, they will punt in a new water pump and a new timing belt tensioner and belt and other things that you will not understand.
