I just read that many people are posting the same problem I have with this machine for quite sometime. The blade doesn't come out. I didn't care much because I am always making the same kind of bread and have not risk of mixing flavors. I do not know if these had cause the shaft to be coming apart. It looks like it burned, the pieces are just like charcoal. I called the number given on the manual but they don't have the parts any longer because the model is discontinue. Any suggestions on where to look for the shaft and paddle parts? Thanks for your site. BTW I had tried every trick that people are mentioned and nothing worked to remove the paddle.
