HI, I went and checked the bugaboo website for you. You can pull up he manual and on page 17 you can see a picture demonstration. Since it is a pdf file, it will not let me copy and paste it for you, or even pull up a link. So, just go to bugaboo.com and click on SERVICE at the top of the page, then gives you the option to click USER GUIDES. Then just choose the product info, your bugaboo frog, and click and it will pop up the pdf file. Advance to page 17 for the diagram. Hope this helps! :)
