Toilet runs around 1 per hour
Have replaced flapper. Toilet still run around 1 hour. The only time this stops is if we place vasoline around flapper, but this does rinse off. Any suggestions

I had the same problem with my new flapper. Instead of vasoline, use "plumbers' grease". You can buy it in a small tube at Lowes, HomeDepot, etc for about $4.00. I use the silcone based stuff and it never washes off. You will find other uses for this stuff. It is great!
